Stereoscape tarjoaa interaktiivista 3D työkalua tuotteiden, ratkaisujen ja opastusten esittämiseen myyntikohtaamisissa, tapahtumissa sekä nettisivuilla. Samalla syntyy 3D monikäyttöiset materiaalit joista voidaan jalostaa videoita ja kuvia myynnin, viestinnän ja koulutuksen tarkoituksiin. Tarkoituksena on saada asiakkaat interaktiivisuudella “samalle puolelle pöytää” myyjien kanssa sekä tarjota tiedollista lisäarvoa asiakkaille jonka avulla Semtu erottuu kilpailijoista jotta asiakkaista tulisi nopeammin ja useammin vakioasiakkaita. Tarvittaessa Stereoscape voi tarjota myös videotuotantoa, joka tyypillisesti yhdistet-
täisiin suunnitteluun ja 3D sisältöihin jotka ovat Stereoscapen pääasiallinen palvelu ja tuote.
Tilanne
Semtulla on pitkät ja vakaat asiakassuhteet isompiin asiakkuuksiin mutta uusasiakashankinnoissa on haasteita pienempien rakennusliikkeiden osalta. Pienet rakennusliikkeet löytävät Semtun nettisivujen
kautta, tutustuvat Semtuun alan tapahtumissa tai kun Semtun myyjät ottavat yhteyttä. Laadukas palvelu
on erottumistekijä Semtulla koska tekninen myynti on korkealla tasolla. Myyjät myyvät asiakastapaamisissa, uutiskirjeiden avulla sekä alan tapahtumissa. Messuilla ja tapahtumissa esitellään tuotteet yleensä fyysisesti, lopputuotteina, videoiden kautta ja tarjolla olevien esitteiden avulla. Mitä pienemmät rakennusliikkeet haluavat? Laajalti kaikkea mitä on tarjolla. Opastuksen ja ohjeistuklsen tuomien lisäarvojen kautta ne saa-
daan kiinnostumaan ja pysyviksi asiakkaiksi.

Solutions
Stereoscape provides an interactive 3D tool for presenting products, solutions, and guidance in sales meetings, at events, and on websites. At the same time, reusable 3D assets are created, from which videos and images can be produced for sales, communication, and training purposes. The goal is to use interactivity to bring customers “to the same side of the table” as sales representatives and to provide informational value that helps Semtu stand out from competitors, so customers become regular clients more quickly and more frequently. When needed, Stereoscape can also offer video production, which is typically combined with planning and 3D content that form Stereoscape’s core service and product offering.
Situation
Construction companies find Semtu through its website, get to know Semtu at industry events, or are contacted directly by Semtu’s sales representatives. High-quality service is a key differentiator for Semtu, as its technical sales expertise is at a very high level. Sales representatives sell through customer meetings, newsletters, and industry events. At trade fairs and events, products are typically presented physically as finished products, through videos, and via available brochures. What do smaller construction companies want? Broadly speaking, everything that is available. By providing added value through guidance and instructions, they can be engaged and turned into long-term customers.
Benefits
A memorable way of working builds customer loyalty, facilitates and guides sales representatives’ dialogue with customers, creates interest, and convinces potential customers to try working with Semtu. A versatile, long-lasting 3D solution enables extensive reuse, allowing the value generated to be distributed over a long period and across many channels.
Next Steps
It was agreed that Lassi will present the topic internally at Semtu, and Riikka will contact him again in week 9, that is, between February 23 and 27, 2026, by which time Semtu should have a view on how Stereoscape’s services and products would benefit their business.
